I came here with little experience and thought in a year I would upgrade my skillset enough to be able to find a better job.
No matter how hard I try to learn as many new things as possible, I'm pretty limited in that regard. I'm not satisfied. The worst part is that I increasingly have the feeling that I was just wasting my time here.

It is the same at Darlington DEP JOBS FOR THE BOYS
This is one of many reasons why I told Cummins Inc goodbye and I am glad I did. Their full of sh-t all way round . .
right on, Sasha Grey !
It's because Cummins is work welfare for family and friends who know each other. That is why they don't push new ideas as much. One, the managers where put there by someone they knew or family and shouldn't really be in the job and two they don't want to have to learn this new material for their job. All they want to do is to be able to BS in meetings and still get their check at the end of the week.
Isn't it funny how so many people that work in Cummins especially in Columbus and surrounding area are farmers but still need the job?
