It sure is nice to see the shoe on the other foot lol! Don’t get me wrong this situation stinks for all of us involved but I find it funny seeing the TLs getting a dose of what they dished out during Avanti!

to be fair do not know many tl’s that were part of the design team for Avanti …… nevertheless i do not doubt they are sh.. bricks like the rest of us ….

RR is awesome indeed! Not many are left like him.
Avanti re-org design team was full of high fliers that flocked to the opportunity to carve out nice sinecures for themselves. Where else can they find big paychecks for moving ppt slides around?
Agreed RR is probably safe. I remember my direct boss was on the Avanti structure team. It was obvious that he reveled in dictating the future of individual contributors careers. I hope he enjoys this ride.

There is a karma aspect to all of this!
Wonder how many of the high flying TLs can be saved elsewhere. Post-reshape deep water is also overloaded with all kinds of "leaders". Hard to find many spots. One guy RR (jgA?) will get saved for sure, but what about the rest of the glamorous and "diverse" onshore leadership crew?
