Shell was in bed with the Nazis during WW2 so not sure they are in a strong position to talk about fairness, humility and all that. Rotten to the core with crooked management.
Go on Yammer and post about diversity of thought - and you will get cancelled on the spot!

Shell doesn't realize that their leadership distribution is an insult to any diversity program and initiative.
What the speakers don’t mention is that Shell gets federal and state tax credits for partnering with minority-owned businesses. To say that this initiative is based on empowering lives is disingenuous at best.
