COP here and legacy Concho employee, of you're an hourly employee and receive stock you can kiss that goodbye. Insurance premiums are only covered by the company for you if you have a high deductible. They tell your compensation will be the same or better that is only regarding your base pay. Good luck

if you decline an offer which is equivalent and generally in the same city you will be let go at closing which is dec 1 i believe. in all other cases it will be feb 28 unless you find a job within shell.
