Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

Uncertainty is the worst

Of course everyone is more or less on the edge after constant layoffs in the last two years. People can't focus on work because they are worried about what will happen tomorrow.

What I expected from leadership was to at least find some way to encourage people to see uncertainty as something that is inevitable but that it will come to pass. However, I seem to have expected a lot?

@ the troll writing about Suriname. If you actually worked here, you would have known it was BS all along. and if you were working under a rock, you would have at least known how few of us did anything related to Suriname. Go comment on your own company's site.

APA just abandoned their most recent Suriname well. Run for the hills. Layoffs to make up for the loss.
