I sometimes can’t believe all the expectations this ridiculous company has from their employees. They want a high level of professionalism that they cannot give back in return. It shocks me every time. When they start valuing employees at least a little more, then they will be able to expect a little more from us as well. Have you ever worked in a company that expected more from you and gave less in return?

They give you a paycheck. Once that happens you are even with the company. They paid you.
