I did not apply to TD because this is my dream job, but I thought I could stay here for a while and gain some experience which would help me get a better job in another company. However, what has been happening to me here for several months now is a horrible experience. As for acquiring new skills, there was none of that. From this perspective now, TD shouldn’t be anyone’s first choice if they want to come into a company to expand their skillset? However, it is also valuable that now I definitely know what kind of company I do not want to work for.

Leave now. If you have Teradata on your resume too long you will be seen as legacy and stale just like TDC. There are so many good companies out there-don’t stay acts bad one.
For the lurkers, any more detail on the horrible experience?
Learning what you don’t want in a career is just as important as learning what you do want.
You're right, the one important lesson I personally walked away with after my years at TD, 'what I don't want with my next employer' - Burn out, high stress levels, annual lay offs, breeding internal competitiveness, abuse, the list goes on.
