I just came here to post how Verizon is getting DRAGGED on Reddit.

Everything has went to cr-p since Hans took over. EVERYTHING. Customer service websites systems pay structure. EVERYTHING
I've been saying that for years and it has never gotten any better, in fact it may be worse!!! How about trying to compare different items on one page.....all their fancy large font is so large, you have to scroll just to see more than one item at a time. I tried to order a case one day and it literally took me over an hour, because it brought up just about every case there is, just to get to one certain case for an iPhone. Totally ridiculous. Who is in charge of this terrible website...they need to be replaced...just like their POS a "piece of S*&^"
The website is dreadful.
