It's no secret everyone wants to work under clipboard kid, he is making an effort with the shopfloor, everytime I ask him something I get a reply or he sorts it out, that's how it should be. Things he is unsure about he goes and asks then reports back. I know he knows people slagging him off on this site, but he just gets on with it and says it comes with the job, shame really.
How can a manager
Whos been here for 5years and still no nothing about his department. He is clueless now his mate has gone. They might find him out. Plus clipboard kid will do that job easy
I didn’t know we had an HR. I know people suffer in silence or leave because they won’t put themselves at risk by calling people out. Some serious things going on too.

Theres more bullying. All over the factory thats why people are off sick. There metal health is bad. Due to management bullying them. But they cant say any thing for fear off getting layed off or sacked.
Bullying has been a problem for years at Greengate. It comes from the top down, all the leadership team do in Greengate is carry out the same O’Shea of their bosses in Houston.
Just make sure you make a formal complaint don't make the mistake in making it informal or it'll be swept under the carpet. But remember if you say nothing, nothing will be done

Why does nothing ever get done. Im hearing theres alot off bullying going on. And people dont give a monkeys about it. What happened to hr where u could speak oe a phone number to ring . We know who is doing it but they have got away with it before . So they still keep there jobs . It needs to stop before some 1 is no longer here.

I don't think that happened, I think someone is stirring here, if someone did was a car then why do it in front of a camera, and if clipboard kid did see it he would definitely had said something to them, he will have a point to prove now he's moved up.
