Aflac really let their workforce down. With the Voluntary Separation Program, they let go of all their actual knowledge keepers. Now, they NEED them back. So they are capping all raises on current employees no matter how well you perform. And on top of that, Benefit costs are going to increase for employees. No inflation increase, and they pass along the cost of them doing business to the employee. Get out. It’s bad. And not one c-suite good-ol-boy cares. They, by the way, still receive a bonus. Not you, though. Call your HRBP and ask about Operation Boomerang. Ask why you are being passed over for promotions and a merit increase, while the leeches at the top are receiving top tier payouts. Ask about the CS department being on the cusp of being outsourced to Ireland. Ask why Dan and family are looking to move from the area. Columbus is going to be in the mud when they’re done. Ask about Operation Boomerang. Ask why TW’s son received extra FMLA, and promotional opportunities with NO merit. Ask. But you know why. It’s a club for the selected. For the chosen. If Dan moves from the area, it will be because his and his family's past is catching up with him. Criminal cover-up, adulterers, se-ual perverts, serial rapists, there are lots of bad genes in the family and it seems to propagate from one amos to another. Like father, like son!
