The lazy suits chooses the lay offs based on seniority and I can understand that they don't do the research to see who the hard workers are but common sense would say the ones who have been with the company forever and are pretty much qualified for retirement should be cut and those who are still new and ready to get the work done should remain. But then again like I said they're LAZY so all the good workers who have been there for a short time always get cut and the oldies remain not caring about their work.

Many of the old positions were full-time positions with benefits. Many of the new positions are part-time with no benefits. How do you afford healthcare part-time with no benefits? How do you make sense of this while the Delta virus is still around.

They did call us back and offered $11-12 an hour. They wouldn't pay us what we were making when we were laid off. No way I was going back to a salary I made 15 years ago.
It's their own fault no-one wants to return.

Nope, they didn't want to come back and found other employment.

You are right -most of the people they laid off were hardworking with years of experience and good attendance. It can take several months for a new hire to be able to be on their own especially with customer service expectations and goals. You have to be able to get loyalty enrollment, presell, clientele, order from the register, etc. Customers expect efficiency and stores want goals made. It takes a while to learn how to meet both of these expectations.
