Wow 🙄....of course Fossil will still be occupying the building... there is an existing lease agreement between the two parties that is still in effect. Smh!
Hmmm... can they afford to purchase it considering they were/are having issues with the rent itself. IJS!
Fossil should buy it and sub lease out a work-share operation out it, if they plan to stay.
I heard we will still be occupying the building even though the owner of the building is selling!
