I want to love my job once again. I truly do. But frankly, the company is making it harder and harder. I'm at the point where it's really hard to imagine that things could be any worse anywhere else, and they certainly could be better. I've been here for far too long to just give up, though. I still have no plans to start looking for something new, but I can feel myself approaching that point slowly but surely.

I feel your pain. You are not alone. A lot of people feel the same way. All I can say to you is just take it one day at a time. After a trying work day, just shut it down and try to enjoy your outside interests. When you go to bed each night just say to yourself….I made it…I got through this trying day…Things will get better tomorrow. My prayers go out to you and other multitudes who are in the same position…Have faith in yourself!!!!

Seriously if working at Apache is such a bad thing and you are all so unhappy then leave. Apache is a great company and of course has had some rough times just like everyone is. If you still have a job their its because they see value in what you do. Instead of complaining about the company that feeds your family and puts a roof over your head maybe you should try and do your part to make Apache great again! Drain the swamp!
No need to be disheartened. Think of all the years that you worked hard and got paid for that. Its possible that you could be working day laborer job under hot Houston sun. Keep faith up. HE who has sustained you for this long, will keep HIS sustenance upon you by HIS mercy. Cheers!!!
