stocking up for the class action suit involving the fake 3M masks etc. This one is filed for “ in excess of 5 million “.

keep this in mind: mason settled , probably on the advice of counsel, because they probably felt it if it went to trial, that 5.6 would become 30 .

they saaaaaaaaaaawk

Mason settlements have begun. $5.6 mill class action lawsuit for commissions fraud in 3 states.

Where does the rest of the $325 mill loan go?

I unfortunately I saw a truck this week with a new sign about how WB is expanding with opportunities for drivers and warehouse. Plus I’ve seen the opportunities posted for Florida while I’m trying to find a job. I was left in the cold with no communication even from my own HR dept while on the longest furlough with so many others. All American Company leaving us to collect Gov’t money to survive. No severance pay - paying for health insurance. Enjoy the few extra dollars in your house.

If you have access to Lexis nexis or any other major similar stuff, etc, you can read the actual petition to the courts! And all decisions , motions Etc !!

I have not seen it since I’m not spending any money on anything involving Steve Greene etc .

Would love to see if someone buys access!

Anyone know why Steve Greene has been removed as a defendant in all of these class actions? I’m sure from the Mason lawyers, anything they can do to not get him to talk is in their best interest but for the plaintiffs, he’s the star witness. Anyone who has seen him talk knows you never know what the next sentence is going to be.

Just curious

Mason has always been crooked . Certainly ain’t changing now. If you really want an honest opinion of the company, Google some employee reviews—- the overwhelming majority are negative . Hey Meehan’s : you
Can’t hide from the truth.

If you read the Citizens Bank article closely, you’ll notice that CB points out WB’s strong “operational” and “financial” performance during Covid-19 period. Accomplishing that is easy to do when a company keeps the profits of the open orders on PPE , sold by furloughed reps, and then simultaneously changed commission payouts on JanSan/PPE a few months later without notifying anyone.

This harassment lawsuit here could actually apply to many employees: https://casetext.com/case/lemoine-v-wb-mason-co

WB Mason inappropriately applied the Performance Improvement Plan to many employees that they were merely trying to cut the cords with in the near term.

WB's leaders are two-faced.

And this is on top of them lying to their furloughed people about being "down 50%" year over year, when clearly they were doing just find toward the second half of 2020.

They just realized they could overwork half their workforce, while not having to hire back the other half.

Mason supposedly reported a “ up 20%” year on year — 2019 vs 2020. —- this info was reported by Mason people.

They are plain and simple going to get forked in the lawsuits. They already lost the se—al harassment decision.

They are more than likely going to lose the cases filed in nj /ny for the commissions issue , not to mention the class action suit for the bogus 3m masks .

Personally I know of at least a million that they’ve lost in business. Leo and the boys can go to h e double hockey stick.

how do you know they dont have any debt? Almost all companies have debt... and it's a revolving credit line.... Im sure the bank would not put out any information if it was detrimental to WB. Especially with Leo commenting on the story.

It's not to "pay off debt." They don't have any debt (yet). So this is pretty nuts. Very curious to find out what this is about.

are the lawsuits from the fake masks, commissions fraud, or both? And is it too late to sign the class action lawsuit(s)?
