Do you also notice the increasingly obvious favoritism at Metricstream? It doesn’t matter how hard you work. If you're not one of the favorites, it's not worth much. I did my best, because I love my job, no other reason, but lately, favoritism has become so obvious that it has become very tiring and demoralizing.

Unfortunately you have to live with it in metricstream. You have no choice. 90% of people who are working from US and UK are because of favoritism. 50% in leads or above position are because of favoritism. You wanted to be under same category? If you are Tamilian find a project Tamilian and minimum he/she should be manager. Same for all other religions but unfortunately it works well with Tamil category. Best of luck.
