I happened to see that a certain former CTO at TR, SB, is now Vice Chairman and President of something called the Enterprise Centre at TR. What is the "Enterprise Centre" and what does it do?

I think the Enterprise Centre is where old TR executives make the Swiss chocolate, cocoa and other chocolate novelties.

If history is anything to go by, it will be an area to promote cronies and more unqualified execs into snr. positions.
Delivered nothing as CTO, but somehow survived over the years whilst real experienced management were let go.. Shows what having the right backers in the org does.
Much like an elephant graveyard, it's a place, according to legend, where overpaid yet woefully incompetent executives go to pretend they are doing something while they collect the remainder of their contract payout.
