Harris vs uprr is a suit that says the fitness to work requirements go against the Americans with disabilities act. They are trying to make it a class action suit

Trying to hire 100 people a month for the next 15 months to try to replace their ranks, when allegedly 70% of furloughed employees returned……….anyone else smell that…….smells like the PSR plans decomposing faster than they thought it would. Serve, Win, Grow, Together that’s our new motto but wait who are we serving the stock holders or the ones who actually pay us or the customers that they have allegedly worked so hard to keep since implementing the PSR?
