Store appointments are WORTHLESS! 95% of the time they are tech support issues, these are the appointments that glog up “sales” that walk .

Stores are supposed to provide tech support. Duh...Engineers are not as cheap as sales cleeks! Phones sale themselves today. Not like 1990!
Not one of our trainings are on tech support. They laid off tech support in our stores 5 years ago.
Tech support is through tech coach or dial 611 and ask for tech support.

I've just begun to feign ignorance. Problem with your mail? I've received no training for this. iMessage problems? Ive received no training for this, next question. Oh your keyboard doesn't work the way it used to? I've received no training for this.
