Ford attempts to portray high minded "behaviors" yet they have actively worked to betray the very employees that have devoted their lives and careers to Ford. Blatant age discrimination is the reward for those that pulled the company through times that could of resulted in bankruptcy. Testimony to what the Ford Family and BoD actually stand for. While we all live to try to play another day until our retirement, we can only now wait until KARMA meats out the justice that is due.

Well in the 2000's During the great "PURGE". Most of the deadwood was pretty much gone by that time. Yes there were some bad bosses who survived. An Yes it appears Ford is taking it on the chin right now. Was not always like that. At one time Ford was in the top 5 companies to work for. But that has long since past. You have Billy and Jimmy Boy pitching things like Family or people come first. YEAH.. Well that went down the toilet real quick. Some of us who survived the purge were hard workers. Sad to see how the packages go down. So we stayed around did some real good things to only be told to bend over. Not trying to sound like an entitlement. But offer a decent package people will take it. Instead we are lied too buy the "BURT & EARNIE" show from SS Street (yes they are a comedy team). Kirsten looks like a female version of the "CHUCKIE DOLL" Another one who speaks out of the side of her mouth. Well Morale is low and maybe they will drop the hammer with involuntary, but the damage is done. More and more young people are starting to look as well they see how they will be treated when they get older so why give some E-Roller a nice bonus. Sad how low the bar standard is set for our executive bonuses. Stock has been in the toilet no payment on dividends, then you have things like ARGO, and of course the Train Station. Where is the accountability to the BOD? So Bill blows hundreds of millions of dollars and will never be held accountable for it. But because his name is on the building he is suppose to do no "WRONG". Well watch the attrition and watch the string of emails that will go to the Places like NHTSA and DOJ. They will come out. Glad i am out of there! Tell my kids to leave SE Michigan.
You forgot to add that F is racist now. They have blatantly stated that they are going to promote black people to meet a certain percentage of POC in management. That’s racism.

the woke secular humanist religion thinks their behaviours are pure as they practice racism, ageism, sexism ... as Mr. Kendi and the HR people believe the answer to past racism is current and future racism
