Customer here. Been waiting over 2 weeks without progress on my claim. Your auto department is atrocious!

You must think you are the only one that had in accident. Take a number and wait for your turn.
Have you tried calling in or are you just staring at your phone all day waiting for the call?
Get a job in auto claims and you will understand! Lol! It's just not Progressive. It's everyone!
