Detract this leadership

If I get a detractor don't be mad at me. Be mad at VZ. Leadership made the decision to dock our pay for surveys and not only that, we need about 5 good surveys to make up for it. So when team morale goes to down because everyone is mad at everyone for a survey, blame leadership. Be mad at Hans and KB for being okay with this comp model. Write a letter to your DM. Tell the customers to give you a 10 or your entire store loses money. It really is pathetic that we have to cheat the money back into our pockets that VZ has decided to take away from us. This comp plan is a scam and I cannot wait to sign up for a class action. F this place.

If you think that was the reason that OP made that post then youre the actual id--t. The fact that we get paid for surveys is broken and unfair. How many times do we have to lose money because a customer got mad at someone else to no fault of the rep that actually took the time to help them? Its simply designed to take money away from employees. This commission plan is embarrassing along with the denim we've been had to wear for the past 3 years AND the systems AND leadership's clueless questioning of why numbers are down. Maybe try to help your employees succeed rather than just offering a new multiplier? What is that supposed to do when we cant even hit 100% quota? I errored out on all my biz360 transactions and had to tell the customer to get a new phone else where, maybe that's why numbers are down? Ever think of that leaders? Nahh just keep blaming reps. Maybe we're all id--ts for still choosing to stay here...

If you're an employee you're an id--t to think it takes 5 surveys to make up for a detractor, an actual id--t.
