Why do new managers always come in gung ho and try to change everything over night. Full of nothing but threats and empty promises, like they havent heard them before. How about proving yourself and gaining the respect of your guys first. Instead you think they need to prove something to you. They dont have 10+ years of knowledge and skills for nothing. Get off your high horse before it bucks you off!

Because how Nov work/ operate is so shocking and behind the times there's no reason to watch how bad it is, it just needs to change.

Its called ego.
The ego takes over, the head gets so fat they cant get thru a doorway. I’ve seen many of them and many of them dont last.
10+years of knowledge and nothing to show for it
