I kinda get it. The OP doesn't want the affected to be affected even more. Let's face it just bringing up that there is a problem is helping somewhat. Let's face it ET does show up here a lot. Might be time for the upper leadership to go farther into it , rather than just asking the DM what is going on maybe its time to just realize that ET is toxic and maybe it's time for a change. Retaliation is alive and well in ET. There is a problem there. Maybe the intestinal fortitude needs to start at the area level, or the VP.

What is the point of this post? OP had the courage to vaguely insinuate wrong doing on an anonymous forum but not enough testicular fortitude to actual say what is happening.

East Texas sure does pop up on here alot. It sounds like that areas leadership needs to be looked into and changes need to be made. I'm talking to you, corporate person being paid to keep an eye on this website.
