If you try to b*it in law/medicine/science you will be made a fool instantly as it’s not tolerated on these fields.

Spend just one day in the UP Law Dept. and you’ll see that not only is b*it absolutely tolerated in the legal profession, it is encouraged.
Sheep dont have the courage to quit and walk away. All the people who have quit UP had the guts and courage to risk trying to find a better job. You maybe right our union officials and union solidarity isnt what our grandparents had. But out right quitting is permanent, a strike is temporary. I salute all who have left UP
Employees are sheep. We will never be as powerful as our grandparents. We do as we’re told and we are being railed daily by these bullies.
Bcuz bull$h!t is all too many managers and wanna be managers know how to do. They cant honestly fix, produce, or improve anything.
