I am spreading hope for better days! I am a success story! I have many friends still there emotionally shattered from corporate bullies! They are afraid to leave cuz they don’t think they can make money anywhere but PXD! It’s not true! They just have to be willing to find it!

I took the package! I make much more money with better benefits and bonuses! I work with people who have degrees and legit experience! All PXD is so yesterday!!!
But remember - culture is our strength!
I voulinteered for the layoff in October. I have never seen an entire company staffed with 90% of people willing to throw everyone else under the bus to protect what they personally have. Business is business but when the company or department, or team isn't a priority to you then EVERY position is a dead end road.
More like a million in never! Pioneer won't exist long enough to see a million bbls a day. It's funny how everyone thinks SS came back from retirement to run the company forever. He, and the board, is packaging this cr-p up for a sale. Problem is no one wants the piles of liability that comes along with it. Eventually it will be like all the other fire sales pioneer has had, pennies on the dollar and all the employees will be left out to dry.
