Vaccine Mandate?

What is Kinder Morgan's current stance on unvaccinated employees?
Are they considering a mandate?

I have a feeling I will be looking for a job in the very near future

I work there. As of right now, our insurance is going up $50 starting January a month for unvaccinated. I'm still waiting to hear back on my religious exemption and they also offer medical exemptions to wave the insurance rate increase. We have to wear masks if we're not vaccinated in the office or in the field if we are having a meeting of more than 10. The January federal vaccine requirement is on hold, but they're strongly pushing everyone to get the shot. Most remote field employee offices only have about 20% vaccinated and offices have 70%. The oilfield will literally shut down if our and other companies exemptions don't get approved if the judges ruling doesn't hold. Terminating 60-80% of staff would be detrimental. If it doesn't, we're terminated in January if our exemptions don't get approved, and if they do we have to continue wearing masks and get weekly testing starting in January.
