Some really good, some not. Regardless, is anyone noticing on 14?

Even more people leaving and we can't get headcount to replace?!?!?!! Yet whole new departments forming. Smh
More and more people are leaving. Kind of karma to bad management
Debt is bigger than our Market Capital, nobody wants to buy Apa
Regarding severance, stop believing that they "have to pay" it. We've had to let people go with BS for-cause reasons and those people got nada. This happens frequently enough. The only thing you can count on is that Apache doesn't challenge unemployment claims even if someone is fired without severance. It's not worth it for unemployment insurance to fight it.
But counting severance? Don't.
Obviously concerned with something else? What might that be? Acquisition? Merger? Buyout?
A lot going on behind the scenes for sure. There are senior managers and directors in the company who have given very frank and stark feedback to the execs regarding staff issues, work balance, and how that might affect production numbers and reserve replacement going forward. Basically imagine all of your lieutenants communicating to you things are not sustainable and the company is crumbling internally.
Zero response to any of this feedback from any of the execs. They are actively ignoring warning signs and have completely isolated the 14th floor of POC 1. They seem completely indifferent to what’s happening and are clearly concerned with something else. I think it’s pretty obvious what that might be.
It's part of their plan. If they don't fire or layoff they don't have to pay severance. I believe there is a lot going on in the background that is not being communicated. This company won't be solvent in four years.
