Everyone is talking about how they got much better offers with better pay and benefits after they left WD. No one says how much harder they have to work now.
At WD a lot things are not good, but it is not true that there are no people who would like to come back here. The grass is never much greener elsewhere, it’s just a matter of what one’s priorities are.
