Several very close colleagues left in a very short period of time. I have been here for a long time and I have never lost more colleagues in such a short time. Finally, I found a new opportunity. I accepted a job with lower pay because the situation here can only get worse.
I wonder who will stay here? Who will actually do the work?

I left for less pay and don't regret it for a moment. The improvement in my mental health and life overall was well worth the cut.

No raises, cr---y morale, masks in the office, no 401k match, not paid for extra hours worked in a fab yard, disconnected leadership...what's not to love?
At this point, I see no future in this company. We lost almost all of major projects to our competition and the te------t took the little work we had in Mozambique. Newer phases of our own projects get snatched by the competition. Our clients often do not think that we can execute a major project without hand holding. It is the time to move on before we get stigmatized by association.
