Bipolar Boss

How does one deal working with a bipolar boss. He acts civil during meetings but turns into the devil when everything fails bc he has no idea what he is doing.

I had one of those. If the bosses above are okay with crazy, then your best option is to find another job and quit. All the documentation in the world won't protect you from that sort of situation. The higher up in the org the crazy person is, the harder it is to change the environment, and the slower the org is to do something about it.

I had one crazy person boss who was so bad that her behavior impacted my health. Making the change was the best decision under the circumstances, and as it turned out, it made her look really bad - enough that she lost her job within 8 months.
