Woods and direct reports get 12%, the rest of us eat cake, except XTO eats ice cream.

I am ready to take my 58% salary increase given that I am a disgusting supervisor with real no talents.

Nobody on this board knows what the raise % will be. The best you can hope for is somebody’s mistress is on here and they pass along anything they overhear while in the bathroom.

40% salary increase for everyone and 15% company match in the Savings Plan.
Stock price on the verge of soaring to $104 (which is where it was in 2014).

Happy days are here again!!!

@qth+1cn7RffA - how do you know EMIT gets 10%?

EMIT gets 10%. We’re not core to the business which is a double edge sword. We can get outsourced but we can also find work elsewhere fairly easily. It looks like EM overplayed their hand.

4% is hardly a bug raise considering inflation over past two years and fact that most haven’t had a raise since early 2020.

Those with high ultimate potential continued to receive raises well over 4% along with CL promotions throughout the pandemic.

Are you guys really working here? During the summer we only have an estimate of the average increase to be finalized in September or so, with details on recommended increases per performance category at the same time. Then, of course, an individual’s salary treatment also depends on where their salary is within the salary band of their salary curve.

Does any of this make sens?. PIPs for two years straight, layoffs of 15% and big pay raises a year later? Any one else think are management has no idea what they are doing?
