The whole company is falling apart. The collections team itself is in shambles & they don’t want to address any upper management problems. They continue to sweep things under the rug, they make people cry, they are constantly targeting people & once that target quits, they find a new target. Intrado (West) used to be all about there employees, now they are all about the dollar sign & what’s good for there investors. At the end of the day, the thousands of dollars that go uncollected are unfortunately a reflection of our upper management team & how they handle things.

Go work for Intrado & you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about before you think we’re pointing fingers.
We did do our job, but when upper management is all over the place, does not know what they are doing, it’s their way or the highway. This is just the beginning of this story.
the blaming goes to upper management in the collections for the directions we were given, not other departments. Upper management has no clue (Colleen, Ginger, Michelle) & it trickles down to your actual collectors.
I have not worked with Intrado Collections for a couple of months now, I agree the collection department is in shambles. The collection department has no direction, no one knows what the right hand is doing. The manger, and upper management does not have any knowledge about any of the business units they collect on. I loved working for Intrado, but now how the collection department is being ran.
