No matter what your facilities manager says about non- involvement... They are pulling strings with KBS.,. telling them your salary, their preferences, denying they knew anything to your face,
Management knew what was coming.
Now they're angry and spiteful that no one wants to work for KBS.

Nordstrom deserves what they get.I watch as KBS SWEEPS THE CARPET AND MOPS THE TILE FLOORS WITH A SQUIRT BOTTLE AND A RAG.It makes me smile the store I work in is filthy.
I had went back to Nordstrom,it only lasted 2 days. It was awful,awful awful!!! The worst thing they ever did was go to a 3rd party company. Just to save money. What made the maddest was Before when I worked there,which was several years,I had a complete stranger telling me what to do!! I said,that's it. No more!!! So I quit.😡😡😡😡😡
They suck!!! I'll never go in that damn store ever again!!
TV? He's just following orders and pretending to make the decisions. He's just a cog in the machine. The real id--ts are above his level.
Well it been two weeks since KBS took over, how does your store look? Quite a difference!
No matter how bad it gets, remember TV says we're going to make it work, no matter how bad the places look... He's getting a percentage of the money he saved by cutting your jobs!
Do not be surprised if security goes contract as well in the near future. Their is already rumbling of big changes next year for their asset protection department. He-l with the new remote software being installed on AP computers, its already in the works to have stores monitored remotely from a hub.
KBS took over the Rack division housekeeping and facility operations before the shutdown in late 2019. The cleaners had two weeks notice, but no incentive to stay on til their last day. Nordstrom loves to lie. They are all about the almighty dollar, and could care less about their employees. Saying otherwise is just them saying so to look good to their investors.
They did that when I left earlier this year. Bunch of backstabbing bastards!!!
They let the last people go last week..I'll never go back to that place ever again.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Management has been working on this for over a year. Housekeepers can get a job with KBS if they choose a pay cut and no benefits. Nordstrom Cares.
