I haven't. This is not that type of company. Despite all my commitment and engagement, hard work, giving 120 percent of myself, this company treated me the same as those who never even tried to work hard. When I talk to colleagues who got laid off last year, I see that it wasn't such a great luck to survive layoffs here.

To the person that said " Nothing the company does isn't about the money" of course that why the company exists to make money and if you don't know that by now your the BIGGEST LOSER
YES Every dam day I work here I feel respected
anyone who thinks any big company values & respects them, or cares, is very naive. everyone is a number especially at cox. anything they say to the contrary is smoke and mirrors.
They do a good job saying the right stuff a lot of the time, and pretending they care, and value the employees. But when it comes down to it, it's completely phony. When things get even a little bit hard in the business the first thing to change is employee head count. Do not ever get it twisted. They care about money. Don't ever let them tell you other wise. Do not allow yourself to think they wont chop you in a heart beat with no second thought. Nothing the company does isn't about the money. Even if it appears the other way, every decision made has a dollar sign behind it. Wether it's a PR thing, a benefit, an incentive. It's all measured and decided by 3rd party consultants who assign dollar amounts to everything. Literally everything.
