It appears that the site administrators are removing posts… how convenient. Look guys I know that we are all upset over GA’s inflexibility after we got comfortable working a year from home, but we mustn’t be angry at each other, vaccinated or not, we deserve the upmost flexibility given the circumstances. The company DOES NOT run itself we make this company run, everyone single one of us, vaccinated or not. So if the company wants to be a donkey and limit our capabilities to our desks, that’s fine, we can give them our 100% slowwwww mo , if you know what I mean ;). We should be uniting and standing together for the flexibility that is owed to us. If you feel unsafe where you are currently working and have the means to work from home, together we can make it happen. Let’s start this change! Let’s make this happen on 08/19

Supposedly at this point if people ask for work from home from HR, they're being asked to resign. So. That's a thing.
What I understood is the following:
Exceeds - meets
Meets- needs improvement
Needs improvement - don’t do cr-p
Or maybe everyone just underperform and no stress? Whatever the case, they make a valid point, we should be given flexibility.
So basically your saying GA employees will work and perform how they always do.
