Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

Decline in morale and productivity

How do they expect someone to be concentrated and do their job as best they can, if at the same time listening to how there are people infected with the virus in the office?
The situation worries me a lot, I take this virus very seriously and it angers me a lot that they are rushing people back to the office. If nothing else, they could've waited a while longer.

Totally okay with having my name on that list. Future repercussions lol, like I give a sh-t. God forbid it end up on my AGame or something I might actually hear from my manager more than once a year.

Not instilling fear, just repeating what I have heard several manager say. While it is an option it is being frowned upon very heavily and will weigh on employees future.

The culture here is so toxic, but there’s zero accountability among the executive “leadership” and HR. Honestly until people start voting with their feet and the company feels damaging personnel impact none of it will change.
