I worked at several companies before I came here and now I can almost say with certainty that Synamedia values hard work the least of all these companies. And there is the explanation why the situation in the company is as it is. Moreover, now that I have decided to work in autopilot mode instead of giving 120 percent of myself as before, I get more respect.

Simply it is not. It’s more about who is in one of the chosen minorities in which case they dare not fire you. They are a Yankie company now and absolutely terrified of being taken to court especially before their sale to JC2. It also depends on how hard you crawl upwards. It needs to be so far you can smell the hair tonic and outsiders can only see your feet wiggling furiously in order to get in deeper.
My advice? Declare that you “identify” as > and stick to your story no matter what. You will have a job forever.
