Even the contract employees had to write the essay on why we should keep our jobs and not be laid off and what we planned to do to make this combined disaster a better company. If was upstairs first thing would have done would be to make things that make money and fire everyone now doing Trek. It is hated and we need money. Rumor going around NYC is ViacomCBS is privately up for sell and we all are now expendable and they want things to look good for the potential new buyers before they liquidate us.
