I think they will keep to their diversified strategy. Keep the women VPs in charge of support systems like HSE, HR, & Marketing. Make sure you hire someone of different ethnicity to be a VP in operations (was BM and now it’s RL), and then keep everyone else a white male. It’s as if an old white male came up with this diversified strategy and then pushed a hypocritical culture program on the employees of do what I say and not what I do. I’ll never forget him firing someone who spoke up and basically told him that this culture program was a joke. Apparently everyone’s opinions were valuable except that one.
There is a plethora of options when looking for incompetent VPs at CHK. Seriously, they are d-mb. Don't believe me? How many times have we missed our guidance, almost every time because we fake the numbers. How many time have you seen very talented folks let go, and some of the most incompetent people left in the office next to you? Anyone with half a brain couldn't make this many mistakes, yet our VPs do it time and time again. Good job guys! Can't wait for the next G&A reduction to cover YOUR mistakes.
Split the difference (can't get too woke) middle aged white guy.
It will most likely be the most incompetent person they can find. Any of the VP’s will probably make the short list unless they can find a bigger clown that also has no idea what’s going on.
Meanwhile, Conditions for the worker bees will continue to deteriorate under their leadership and they will be bankrupt again in 2-3 years.
