What is Ford doing to keep customers loyal? I don't think its been doing anything positive about it for a long time but its successfully doing the destruction of brand loyalty. I hope I’m not right, but that’s my impression after talking to people.

Their brand loyalty eroded because their cars are not that good. I've had 2 Fords and both spent more time in the shop than on the road. Their employees are very nice though.
