Apparently, management is worried about what is getting posted on this board and has either HR and/or Marketing monitoring it 7/24 because posts are getting deleted.
This is a public blog so it's pitiful that they are doing this.
Apparently, the LK resignation has spawned speculation about other senior leaders who could soon pack it in.
Maybe, if the senior leaders all of whom work extremely hard were treated with respect, they wouldn't be bailing out.

LK resignation could only be a good thing for the company. But, if LK leaves, what does that mean for all the incompetence she's enabled??

I reported your "Manchild" reference... And the call out of not being a mgr... Only a AS manager...or a assistant to the assistant manager would believe that squid ink.
More likely your postst are getting deleted because you are breaking the site’s rules (using pii, swearing, throwing insults and such).
