Upstate NY- building 66 and 273

And the dramatic BS continues for one more chapter in the great legacy of GE and the 301. What is the union willing to give up to save the useless T’s. Take our pension? No company match in a 401k? Higher healthcare? What could save the 125 T rate jobs about to be lost? Is callbacks any time soon? NOPE! The body's are not needed.

So for now make as much good product as you can because S-/t is about to hit the ol fan.

The bay blue print states- Big push of bars before most of the T’s hit the streets. For this It will be again for some and first time for the rest. No call backs for the laid off. GE is cutting positions to run 273 as a skeleton plant just to cover service contracts. 66 will be shut down and they can not bump into 273. This Unless the union will give up something big if need be to keep the unskilled T rates another 6 months.

So get ready the second part is to get full builds out of 273. They will just make fudge bars and only need about 50 at most to run production in the bar shop for all 3 shifts. Well the ship is almost to the bottom.

Don’t worry. There are company people that will go down as well. This perp walk will be quite satisfying. A lot of people are about to regret who they fckd with. Members of 301 deserve to know the truth.

When the union officials, past and present get purp walked, I hope the GE folks do as well. There is well documented evidence in how much illegal activity the last plant manger was involved with the union, so its not possible they dont get cuffed as well.

There's no union in Schenectady, there is a organization that takes dues every week though.

I hope im one of the layoff union members. This place is such a joke no skill at all to work here. I believe there is no work coming in 2022 other than the planned outages. Union is suppose to create Job Security, greater than average wages and a pretty nice retirement. Does this union/onion do that? Nope! Full of back door secret deals that are more favorable to the company. Im surprised we have not had the b-:lls to go on strike. Now we will never have the chance because the t rates are a bunch of wine arses and the t’s think that they are highly sophisticated engineers from buger joints and sub shops. Move on to the d rates are a bunch of selfish egotistical scared unskilled alcoholic dr-g using b-ms. Soon the D’s will be making the bars again if they dont retire or quit. They know that their pension is no more after next contact if there is one.

Like i said i hope i am out the door this layoff i am sick of paying dues to sort of work and live like this and deal with all these lies and fake political egotistical figures.

The ex BA and current P destroyed the Union, all for personal gain. Everyone is about to find out what they did, including what part the company played. When a company and Union are “inextricably intertwined” it is considered ILLEGAL. The company won’t be able to keep this out of the media. It’s been a long time coming.
