How does TransformCo supply its stores?

With a handful of stores randomly scattered throughout the US and territories, does TransformCo even have distributor centers or a supply chain of its own? Or do they use companies such as UPS and FedEx to deliver to their stores? Neither would seem too efficient at this point.

What’s with the random down voting, I’m just explaining my story. This site has gotten too pretentious, I’m done…peace out.

Makes me think of a time back in like the early tens when a coworker had to call a whole bunch of stores for a certain window treatment. We ended up making a Hawaii store ship like four valances all the way to the eastern US.

Haha. This was in 2017-2018. Back then we had around 30 stores within 500 miles

“ after calling every Kmart in a 500 mile radius to find a 2.98 clearance item!”

So…..you called 1 other store?

They have store managers go to the local Dollar Tree stores, pick up items for $1, then bring them back to Transformco stores and mark them up to $2. This is Eddie Lampert's new business model for increasing gross profit while not having any money tied up in such complications as supply chains.

I think they get their merchandise from local rummage sales.

Have you been into a store lately, they don't supply their stores at all! Most of them, including Hometown Stores, look pathetic and pretty empty.
