People can work for the other airlines not requiring vaccines if they want avoid. Companies aren't considering loss of workers in a high open-job environment.

Announcement: Does anyone here know how to fly a plane? One of our pilots have just collapsed from an "unknown/known" side effect the vaccine. Please stay seated and buckle your seat belts in the meantime while the crew don on their parachutes (newly stocked for employee safety).
Right. What happens if you get laid off later 9which airlines are notorious for doing) but then suffer the vaccine side effects and unable to sue or get another job? What then?
Nothing like a pilot having a heart attack or thrombotic organ failure mid-flight.
