KB may have been the happiest, but isn’t that proof that she wasn’t the smartest? Agree, not a loss.
Becoming so Disgusted with this company. I can't believe they let KB go
KB was probably the happiest, most energetic and caring employee that Apache had. The toxic culture in HR beat her morale and peppy attitude down to nothing. So while I’m sad they did that to her, she should be glad she shouldn’t have to deal with that trash dept any longer and I’m sure her quality of life will improve shortly.

Field I would sadly expect... corporate. Maybe. But they're are creating new groups and positions under new VPs. So shame on them if so
You know it’s a sinking ship when the only decisions mgmt can make is to sell assets and/or lay people off. Selling assets to survive is the last straw.
My mgr has grouped a few of us for another dept ranking exercise again.
