Its getting to be that time. Anyone know anything when annual raises will happen or the typical increase %?Having trouble finding info and HRs not helpful.

"Win as one" campaign. If you get too many of those 5% increases you may become part of the "Leave as one" campaign. Cost ADP too much, and you are gone. Right now, they need you.
The Win as One pay out is 5% this year - Have yet to get our pay to play annual increase.
What is everyone getting percentage wise? Have not had mine yet, wondering what to expect.
Merit increase conversations going on this week. Didn’t think wed get anything on top of the bonus so this was a good surprise. Even bigger surprise was it was more than a meager cost of living increase.
Normally the The annual increase is about a dime but this year as per Carlos it will be a nickel. They’ve had a tough year due to Covid and everything so he hopes you understand.
Usually first paycheck in September. Raises for those that hit club will range between 4-5.5. those over plan around 3-4. Under plan depends on BU but between 1-3. Lowest performers nothing. Good luck
doubting there will be increases. theyll give another song and dance about difficult year and theyll walk away with another truckload of money but the peons will get zilch again

Usually happen in 2nd paycheck in September. There have been many years we didn’t know the amounts until closer to that time frame. By now managers are probably working on them but until finalized it’s unlikely anyone will tell you anything.
