Little by little the experienced people that work in my location are being harassed or mistreated into quitting. After a week or two we end up hiring someone younger who has never worked retail before and the time/money it takes to train them is wasted because he/she never lasts for more than a few months at best. Then it’s back to square one. I don’t understand why we are having this issue. The employees who quit were outstanding workers and it makes me wonder why they were being “pushed” out to begin with.
