If you are currently at $15, are you planning on walking away unless you also receive a raise? I've seen people say in replies that people at their stores are threatening to quit, and let me tell you, it's not just you. A lot of people are angry over this - and rightfully so. They need to fix this now.

way ahead of you there ! Never thought working a government job would be this much better than hyvee, but my goodness I was wrong! I used to like hyvee around 9uears ago when I started. Bad structure of management, and you know who has no idea what he’s doing. My store had a new restaurant put in three times! Why? We now do same menus as when I started 9 years ago!
Get out while you can. Take whatever 401k you can, and leave. You won’t want to be around as RE steers the wreck to ruin.
Yep no reviews or raises this store either. Dept manager asked for raises was told no. Been with co MANY years. Never had a review. Who do they think makes the money for this co. All these actors they hired for commercials?. They brag of another record year. Employees not seeing anything out of this. Shameful.
My biggest issue at the moment is that RE announced we’d be getting pay raises in august and most at our store did not. And those that did-were not that big of a raise. Other places are hiring at a greater rate so yeah. We have people who are already applying other places.
Don’t announce something that you don’t plan on following thru with. Just like the 100.00 for the COVID shots. He announced it and we had to be hush hush about it if we did know and got ours so others wouldn’t ask. Very shady company.
Be ready to walk,this company is to bullheaded to chamge anything.They simply dont care.Trust me,this attitude WILL catch up with them.Been in this business many yrs.This and their attitude towards their employees is simply awrful.Do not make a career with this company unless you enjoyed being bullied and degraded by supervision.
