Considering that we've been dealing with constant layoffs, reductions in benefits, having to watch wrong people get promoted over those who earned it by working their butts off, and so many other things, how are you managing to stay motivated to give it your all? I admit I've been struggling with this lately.

Rofl . For whoever is posting saying exciting projects. No project lives more than 6 months before it's scrapped.i doubt director or even senior directors have a clue where things are going

I'm just coasting for the easy paychecks. Almost retiring anyways
I have no motivation this job sucks. Been here almost 20 years. No motivation to do anything yet I’m still performing my team members. Pretty sad. Guess I’ll just coast here until I retire. Pretty boring
