So many toxic elements in this forum.If you carry over that sentiment to youre coworkers and customers,it is completely self defeating.Rise above it,take pride in knowing that you have a skillset and a work ethic that is too be admired.If the ship goes down,hey its not youre fault at that point.We are all a part of the better good,lets carry ourselves as such.Management sucks,okay agreed.Keep youre game tight,they will find their own way out of the building.We are all consumers,in one way or another.We are ALL our customers essentially.Let us come together and fight the good fight for our families and our communities.They cant take that from us,after all they have committed to it.Hold them to it.Every incorrect work order,office only no truck instal,vdo action and outage t.c MAKE THEM PAY.Send emails,escalate it,b---h about it in youre chat groups.HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.Beat them at their own game,emails and escalations are the only way we are going to turn this sh-- around.Eventually after enough complaints they will get rid of the common denominator.Ive seen them come and go in my career.We can do this AND we owe it to ourselves.BE the Change!

I wouldn’t hope for this unless your looking to be unemployed. The best way to cut cost and keep value is to go all contractor. This is easy money saved.

Charter went bankrupt in early 2000s and went from a penny stock to worth 700 dollars today. I wish something similar would happen to this place. It would need a whole new plan and idea and these guys don't know how to run a cable company.

With any luck it will hit 15 dollars a share. Maybe then they will wake up and see the damage they have done. Nobody will invest in this sh-t show.
